I am currently working on couple of On-boarding type solutions using K2 and It is great to see this article titled “Closing the On-Boarding Gap” on http://wallstreetandtech.com about how K2 has been used by another company to achieve significant benefits in an onboarding type scenario.
Paper is still out there and it is a major issue. Taking a manual process and just automating it like for like is not necessarily going to make things better. It is important that time and effort is put into modelling the automation solution right. It looks like Raymond James has just done that. Great to hear. Hopefully my projects also achieve similar results.
