How do you assign a task to a dynamic set of users that may be coming from a Sharepoint list? No code just config! Check out the screen shot.

You would build a quick SmartObject that grabs these users from the sharepoint list and returns them in its getList method.

You associate this SmartObject method as a process reference.

In your destination rule pull the list of users from the getList method.

You can also use the advanced properties of the Destination rule wizard for further customisation.

Note: If you click on the destinations Icon you need to navigate to the first page of the destination rule wizard to see the check box.

The advanced mode allows you to configure any required “slots” – number of responses required.

Depending on the selection you made in this page you get to configure other settings.
